ABSTRACT
L’attuale emergenza sanitaria, che ha coinvolto anche lo sport, è stata utile per verificare la tenuta del sistema. L’organizzazione sportiva si caratterizza per la sua autonomia e per varietà di statuti che realizzano un pluralismo normativo e regolamentare. Per conseguenza, nell’attuale emergenza, lo sport si è mosso senza alcun coordinamento e in ‘ordine sparso’. Attraverso la ricostruzione degli avvenimenti, l’A. trae spunti di riflessione sulle criticità emerse in relazione all’organizzazione dello sport e auspica che da esse si possano trarre opportune indicazioni per la riorganizzazione dell’intero settore sportivo a cui il governo è chiamato dalla legge n. 86 dell’8 agosto 2019.
The current health emergency involved sport and has been useful to check the systems’ tightness. The sports organization is autonomous and it’s characterized by a variety of statutes that achieves a regulatory pluralism. As a result, in the present emergency, the sport has moved without any coordination. Through the reconstruction of events, the Author draws food for thought on the critical issues arising in relation to the organization of sport. The Author hopes that these critical issues can give useful leads for the reorganization of the entire sports sector to which Italian government is called by law nr. 86 of 8 August 2019
